I experienced Hurricane Katrina—the most devastating storm to hit the Gulf Coast—an event that changed my life forever. In a moment, everything was disrupted, and I was faced with a choice: stay down or rise.

I chose to rise.

Through faith in God, resilience, and discipline, I found my path through fitness. What started as a way to rebuild became a complete transformation—mentally, physically, and spiritually. Fitness gave me the structure, clarity, and strength to turn the page and step into a new chapter with purpose.

That journey is what led to the creation of Next Dimension Fitness.
